Walking the Path of Reclamation: Four Principles for Living the Change
In a world teetering between collapse and rebirth, many of us feel the stirrings of something deeper—a longing not just to critique what’s broken, but to live what is possible. The following principles offer grounding guidance for anyone seeking to align with and EMBODY a new way of being—one that honors both inner wisdom and outer action.
These are not just ideas. They are invitations to reclaim our role as co-creators of culture, community, and consciousness.
Expand the Feminine Energy
The world is out of balance—not just politically or environmentally, but energetically.
For generations, the feminine has been suppressed: empathy labeled as weakness, intuition dismissed, nurturance undervalued. But the feminine is not soft in the way we've been taught—it is a wild intelligence, a life-honoring force that heals, restores, and connects.
Expanding feminine energy means bringing these qualities back into how we lead, relate, and build our world. It’s not a rejection of the masculine, but a call to balance.
Wherever you are, you can begin to listen more deeply, soften without collapsing, and lead with presence instead of force. Women & men can expand their own feminine energy. The call is to expand the energy within ourselves first and, then, open up to finding an outward way to show up as the powerfully wise, nurturing, fierce love that you are.
Speak to What You Want (Not Just What You Resist)
It’s easy to focus on what we’re against. But true power lies in declaring what we are for.
Our language shapes our world, and when we continuously center our resistance, we can accidentally feed the very systems we wish to dismantle.
What do you long to see in your life? In your community? In our world?
Speak that into being. Visionary action starts with naming the beauty, justice, and healing we know is possible. This practice shifts your energy and aligns your life with hope rather than fear.
“I see a world in which…”
“Where we are heading, this will be true…”
Thank you for speaking into a future that is rooted in mutual respect, our inherent oneness, and sustainability.
Embody the New Paradigm Now
Waiting for the world to change is a tempting trap. But real transformation begins when we decide to embody the values of a new paradigm—here, now, in everyday choices.
How can you live in harmony with the future you're calling in?
What if love, equity, and interconnection weren’t just ideals, but daily practices?
When you begin to move as if the new world is already here, you become a bridge between possibility and reality. You show others that it can be done.
Stay tuned in to the subtle messages you may be receiving, through synchronicity, your own attunement to resonance, intuition or dreams.
For me, in November 2024, sitting on the front porch, my clair-cognizant self heard VERY strongly, “Women are marching from Asheville, NC to the U.S. Capitol.” I immediately felt like the wind had been knocked out of me.
I recognized immediately “the call,” as I have received them in pivotal moments in my life, including what led to me opening an art center in 1996 with ZERO art training! I stayed open for about 3 weeks to allow the call to affirm itself or not. In early December I committed to what is now The Great Mother March. This level of embodiment is not at all comfortable and I am grateful for the creative and heart-full way I am being offered a way to meet these pivotal times.
Take Visible, Aligned Action in a Time of Crisis
Intention is powerful—but in times like these, it must be matched by visible, embodied action.
We are being asked to become more than witnesses to collapse.
We are being asked to become participants in renewal.
This doesn’t mean you must do everything—it means you want to open up to how you can do something, in alignment with your values and vision. Taking action can look like tending a garden, showing up for a neighbor, speaking your truth, or joining a movement that walks in the direction of healing.
For most of us reading this article, we know what it is like to spend a lot of time in ideas, dreams, and visions. That is great AND I believe these times are WHY we are here now. WHY we have been attracted to the journey of awakening… so we would be awake right now to put our vision and dreams into action.
A Call to Walk What We Believe
The time we’re living in is not just a crisis—it’s an initiation.
We are each being called to remember who we are beneath the noise, to return to what matters, and to participate in the great turning of our time.
Expanding the feminine energy, speaking to what we want, embodying the new paradigm now, and taking aligned, visible action are not just ideals—they are practices that bring us into harmony with the world we wish to create.
They invite us to become medicine carriers, bridge walkers, and vision weavers.
If these principles stir something ancient and alive within you, we invite you to join us—on the road, in spirit, or in community—for The Great Mother March, where together we walk not in protest, but in prayer, not in fear, but in fierce love. Join the march as a walker, an organizer, a way shower to let others know about this event, a sponsor, an ally, an affiliate (women owned businesses especially, how can we showcase you?).
